Aqualane Shores sits in the quiet seam between Old Naples and Port Royal, a few hundred estates on deep-water canals where the Gulf is a short, bridge-free run through Gordon Pass. It is boating country that happens to be walking distance from Third Street South.

The neighborhood is rebuilding itself one lot at a time, and the new generation of homes asks more of a builder than the cottages they replace: seawalls, elevation, dockage and the patience to thread a large program onto a close-knit street without losing its scale.
