Bonita Beach runs along the Gulf just north of the Collier line, where the sugar-sand beach faces west and the sunsets do the advertising.
Building on the beach asks more of a house: elevated living levels, glass that shrugs off salt air, and engineering that earns its keep in storm season. The reward is morning light off the water in every room that faces it.
