A new home of nearly six thousand square feet, built on one of Port Royal’s established streets and set well back within mature planting. Four bedrooms and seven baths are arranged for a household that entertains, with the principal rooms opening onto the terrace and the lawn beyond.

The site does much of the work. A banyan anchors the property, uplit after dark, and a multi-level pool steps down through layered tropical planting toward an outdoor bar. At night the house casts its warmth across the lawn, which is when the property is at its best and how it was photographed.
